VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 20, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ELSE NUTRITION HOLDINGS INC. (BABY) (BABYF) (0YL.F) (“Else” or the “Company”), the Plant-Based baby, toddler, and children nutrition company, today announces, further to its news release dated November 16, 2023, that the exercise price of the common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) of the Company underlying the offering of 13,000,000 units of the Company (the “Units”) that are being sold pursuant to the previously announced C$5,005,000 overnight offering of Units has been increased from C$0.45 to C$0.485. The Company expects to close the offering of the Units on November 21, 2023. The Units are being offered pursuant to a prospectus supplement to the Company’s base shelf prospectus dated November 10, 2023.
