The TD Double Up℠ Credit Card is a flat cash-back card providing 2% cash back on all eligible purchases with no cap on the rewards you can earn. While cash-back cards with rotating categories can involve more effort and time, the TD Double Up℠ Credit Card is simple to use, and you’ll earn a modest welcome bonus without coughing up money for an annual fee. 

The major downside of this card is that it isn’t available to cardholders everywhere. So if you’re not located on the East Coast, you may be out of luck as the card is only available to residents of states in the TD Bank footprint: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, and DC.
